• 5+ Years of Experience Required• CCNA or CCNP Certification Required• Experience with Juniper highly preferred• Advanced troubleshooting of IP H323 and SIP voice and video applications over networks highly preferred• VOIP experience a big plus• Adtran MUX experience a plus• BGP,PPP,QoS, Metro ethernet experience• Must be able to install full WAN, LAN and supporting infrastructure with no supervision• Ability to work with little or no Supervision• Ability to travel Domestically and internationally• Technical or information systems degree• Must be customer service oriented and have good English written and verbal communication skills with Fluent Japanese• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide global operational support, installation, maintenance, administration, escallation support, and assist on group projects for wide and local area networks, information security, and supporting infrastructure
• Deploy, configure, maintain, monitor and troubleshoot company LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including servers, routers, hubs, switches, UPSs, and other hardware to ensure smooth and reliable operation.
• Independantly manage and implement new location network buildouts including implementation of all network services, cabling, and infrastructure.Collaborate to assess near- and long-term network capacity needs.
• Create and maintain documentation as it relates to network configuration, network mapping, processes, and service records.
• Ensure network connectivity of all servers, workstations, telephony equipment, fax machines, and other network appliances.
• Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for network administration, usage, and disaster recovery.
• Monitor and test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports.
• Oversee new and existing equipment, hardware, and software upgrades. Participate in managing all network security solutions.
