Job Description
This is a role working for the BiOS onsite user support team, currently partnering closely with a major global IT leader to support the routine users of a foreign banking and finance client.
Being successful on this multinational team not only lies in one’s ability to address technical issues, but equally important is your ability to follow processes and escalate issues effectively. This together with a good foundation in Microsoft products will make an ideal candidate.
The primary focus of this role includes responsibilities in the following areas:
• User Support – troubleshooting, incident resolution
• OS Rollouts
• MAC Operations
• Workstation Deployments and Hardware Refresh Projects
• Asset tracking and inventory
• Infrastructure Ad-hoc projects
• Vendor coordination and support as necessary
The ideal candidate:
• Highly motivated bilingual with strong soft skills.
• Engineers familiar with IT operations in the Tokyo gaishikei market.
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework and methodology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft technology and products.
