Must meet one of the following two sets of Must Have requirementsSet 1• Experience of development routers and switches(firmware development)• Knowledge of the following protocols: STP・SMTP・RIP・OSPF・BGP・MPLS・GMPLS・IGRP・EIGRP・RSVP• More than 3years experience of C/C++ on Linux or More that 3years experience of C/C++ on Unix.• Fluent Japanese and Business level EnglishSet 2• Experience of development on middleware more than 5years. (OS：UNIX, Linux & C, C+) or Experience of embedded development more than 3years (OS：UNIX, Linux & C, C+)• Experience of designing networks• Deep knowledge of routing protocolsAdditional skills that are nice to have but not required:• Experience of Layer2 (STP/SMTP protocol or experience of VLAN、QOS).• Experience of Layer3.• Development of any products using IP.• Any experience of developing RIP,OSPF, BGP,MPLS• Experience on Linux、BSD.• Experience of Linux kernel development or interest in communication protocol.

Job Description
One of our clients is currently seeking several Software Engineers with a high level of technical and bilingual skills for a relatively new department. The client has offices around the globe so bilingual skills are highly required as you will be involved with international teleconferences and creating documents both in Japanese and English. This is a new dept. (about 2 years) so the Software Engineer would be required to be hands on and work as a development specialist. As the dept grows various opportunities for internal career growth will be offered, such as leadership/management type positions.
