Degree in Computer Science and/or business managementSenior individual (VP level), able to manage a cross-disciplined project teams and communicate with people of all hierarchy levelsEquity markets technology experience (Order Management, Risk Management, Middle Office and trade reporting)Hands-on project management experience in a global investment bank / investment management firm or brokerage operation to be able to deliver in scope, on time and to budgetFront-to-back business know-how in equity products (i.e. all different stages from Order entry to regulatory reporting)Strong organizational skills, able to structure work packages in a dynamic environmentGood know-how around Project Management processesGeneral IT infrastructure and application management experienceExcellent communicatorPro-active, thorough, organized and energeticExcellent problem solver with a commitment to thorough root cause analysis and business process improvementSharePoint, Confluence, MS Visio, MS Office productsQuality centre, HP Service Centre and JIRA know-how preferredProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationMS Project

Project-manage and be accountable for predefined work streams within the global roll-out of equities platforms to Tokyo, Hong Kong and other markets and other challenging build-outs to support our growing business
This includes initiating, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling and closing of such work streams working with Development, Application Management and Quality Assurance and IT Infrastructure teams and the business departments
Going forward: Own regional Project Management work streams that will be driven globally within the client’s IT organization
Develop new and enhance existing processes to pragmatically achieve results in high-profile projects
Report to project steering committees and the regional Application Management leadership team
