Requirements 2 – 3 years experience within an insurance company working with new contracts, or experience in corporate insurance Excellent computer skills (Office applications, Word, Excel etc) Polished communication skills to deal with both internal departments and external customers Good PC skills Skill with MS Access and Visio would be an advantage Native level Japanese and Business level English

A new 1 year contract role for (non-technical) helpdesk and new contract staff working with life insurance policies submitted by agency branches to a large multinational life insurance company.
As part of this role expected duties and responsibilities are:
Forwarding contracts and associated documentation sent by branches to the appropriate internal departments
Forwarding and explaining the current status and results of investigations concerning submitted documents from and to the agency branches
Submitting data regarding applications and payments to agency branches
Booking and organizing interviewers and lead doctors for policy interviews
Communicating with agency branches regarding corporate contract matters
