Responsibilities:
As a Recruitment Consultant, your main responsibility will be introducing professional job seekers to Clients looking for new staff.
In order to do so you must build and develop a trusted relationship with your Candidates and Clients.
Requirements:
*At least 3 years previous recruiting and IT Industry experience
*Strong communication skills
*Record of high achievement in your current career
*Native Level Japanese or English
