We manage the Japanese version of the Fotolia.com site which sells digital images (photos and illustrations) and video footage online.
We are currently seeking customer support staff that can help assist with managing the Japanese version of Fotolia services.
Duties mainly require corresponding to customer inquiries through phone and email in Japanese, managing basic administrative tasks for customers/Japanese website, occasional translation of text/web pages from English to Japanese.
Most of customers speak/write in Japanese, so native level of Japanese is mandatory. Most English correspondence within the company is through email. A high level of spoken English is not mandatory, but is beneficial. If your first language is not Japanese, please include some description of yourself in Japanese when you apply.
