About our Educational services division

• Cactus Education was conceptualized for the Japanese market in 2004 and launched in 2005. In the past five years, it has penetrated well amongst individuals in Japan seeking to learn or improve their written English abilities. It offers personalized one-on-one instruction between the learner and the instructor for all its writing courses. Cactus Education courses are delivered via a learner management system (LMS). It has general writing courses (for general learners, researchers), courses for the writing component of tests (like Eiken 1-kyu, TOEFL, TOEIC, GRE, GMAT), and business e-mail courses.
• Through the years Cactus Education has had some partnerships providing English educational content to websites like Shukan ST online, ebenkyo.com, and ALC.co.jp
• Cactus Education also partners with other schools who cater to English learners or people who study abroad, and is currently working with some universities to create customized semester long courses for their students.
• In the next stage of growth, Cactus Education is looking at reaching out to companies and organizations for training of their new and experiences employees.
• Cactus Education was known as i-osmosis prior to June 2010 

Job role:

• Selling our English training service to Japanese companies and universities
  • Business building through direct sales visiting universities and companies.
  • Proposing sales strategy based on research and analysis in target universities and companies.
  • Making appointments, sending direct mail, dealing with sending course information material.
• Coordinating development of the training service and customer service processes according to clients’ needs
  • Needs hearing and training consultation
  • Coordinating customized training programs with the marketing and service development team in India
  • Key client communication and support for clients in training
  • Support holding events and seminars in Japan
• Key client relationship management
  • Visiting important clients, and taking feedback
  • Proposing and implementing to expand sales to existing clients
  • Promotional activities to potential clients
